I have thirty years of clinical experience, fifteen of those spent within the VA system delivering CBT for Insomnia and serving as a master consultant and trainer, teaching other therapists how to deliver this modality of treatment. I have treated hundreds of clients with Insomnia Disorder and have specialized experience treating insomnia with co-occuring disorders such as PTSD. I am trained to deliver CBT for Insomnia in both an individual and group format. I do not participate in any insurance panels, but I am able to provide clients with a superbill which they can submit for out of network reimbursement if eligible.
