Much of my work now emphasizes trauma-informed behavioral sleep medicine and I regularly attend seminars and workshops in addition to participating in sleep medicine training with the World Sleep Academy. Though I primarily work with insomnia, co-morbid insomnia & sleep apnea (COMISA), and sleep-wake phase misalignment, I also get referrals from physicians to assist their patients in eliminating sleep medications and getting desensitized to CPAP masks. I am licensed as a psychologist in both Florida and Missouri and work exclusively through telehealth using a HIPPA-compliant platform.
